Job Description Hours: Monday through Friday between the hours of 6:00 a.m.-10:00 p.m. Two evenings are required weekly. Schedule will be determined by supervisor to meet the needs of maintaining the efficiency of governmental operations

What You'll Do As a Community Corrections Program Monitor, you will: Oversee referral and intake processes for justice-involved individuals. Monitor and document participant attendance, progress, and follow-through with services and interventions. Plan, organize, schedule, and implement activities and processes for justice-involved individuals in a community-based corrections district.

Facilitate educational evidence-based programming groups and/or individual programming sessions to justice-involved individuals as determined by the needs of the judicial district. Embrace the process of continuous quality improvement strategies through implementation practices, feedback and ongoing willingness to learn and improve. Create and file reports to keep the court and other interested parties informed.

Minimum Qualification Requirements Applicants must meet at least one of the following minimum requirements to qualify for positions in this job classification: Graduation from an accredited college or university with an associate's degree in any field, and experience equal to one year of full-time work in human services, criminal justice, or corrections. A total of three years of education and/or full-time experience (as described in number one), where thirty semester hours of accredited college or university coursework in any field equals one year of full-time experience. Current, continuous experience in the state executive branch that includes six months of full-time work as a Probation/Parole Officer 1 or Residential Officer Senior.
