Description

Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health Arizona's Community Based Services program provides in-home remedial intervention for at-risk youth and families identifying youth and family strengths and needs to enhance the Child and Family Team (CFT) planning process. We are looking for talented individuals who have experience working in Behavioral Health, with families and at-risk youth, to be a positive role model and have an impact on our families!

Program Supervisors (Coordinators) are responsible for the day to day operational functions and overall programming for the Community Based Placement Preservation and Stabilization Programs. Job duties include ensuring all aspects of the programs operate efficiently and in accordance with Devereux's policies and procedures, as well as overseeing and coordinating the daily activities of Community Based Programs. Program Coordinators participate in program quality planning and monitoring as assigned and are responsible for partial caseload as assigned. Program Coordinators also supervise Crisis (Family) Support Coordinators and DBT Coaches, ensuring staff development and job expectations are clearly defined and carried out. Other supervisory duties include annual staff evaluations for direct reports, attending to all interviewing/hiring needs, conducting the on-the-job training for new staff, as well as addressing staff disciplinary actions as needed.

Salary Range: $47,736.00 - $52,509.60

Schedule: Monday - Friday 9am-5pm; on-call hours and two (2) weekend days per month required

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Services or related field and one (1) year of related experience; OR Associate's Degree and two (2) years of related experience; OR High School Diploma or GED and four (4) years related experience
  • Minimum one (1) year of supervisory/leadership experience required; one (1) year of Devereux supervisory/leadership experience preferred (internal staff)

Other:

  • Must attend mandatory new hire orientation Mon-Fri 8:30am-5:00pm (paid)
  • Must be 21 years of age or older (per licensing standards)
  • Valid Arizona Driver's License & pass DMV 36-month history check
  • Pre-employment Physical and Job Demand Assessment (if applicable)
  • Drug test within 24 hours of offer with negative results
  • Current AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card with no restrictions (or eligibility to obtain with no restrictions). Arizona Revised Statutes Notice (ARS 36-411 Residential care institutions; nursing care institutions; home health agencies; fingerprinting requirements; exemptions; definitions). If a person's employment record contains a six-month or longer time frame during which the person was not employed by any employer, a completed application with a new set of fingerprints shall be submitted to the department of public safety.
