What youll do

Working in three different locations and business unitsthroughout the program you will:

  • Gain experience in all areas ofMarketing through rotations Product Management, Market & CustomerActivation, Pricing and Market Strategy.
  • Key projects or focus areas areidentified for each rotation (examples: target market activation, voice of thecustomer, market segmentation strategy, digital marketing).
  • You will lead and support variousaspects of key projects and present to internal and external leadership.
  • The Marketing Track will prepareyou to succeed in future roles in our Adhesive organization.
  • Mobility is required; you willwork in three different business units, relocating for three 8-month rotationsacross various company locations within the region
