Description:

GXM Technologies is seeking an experienced Agile Program Integration Lead to support advanced operational and mission-focused programs within defense and space-related environments. This role supports complex systems integration, operational mission execution, cloud modernization, and multi-domain capability delivery efforts through coordination of Agile execution activities, enterprise-level delivery synchronization, operational milestone tracking, and integrated program management.


The ideal candidate possesses a combination of Agile delivery leadership, technical program coordination, systems integration awareness, and operational mission execution experience. This individual will work closely with program managers, technical leads, systems engineers, DevSecOps teams, architects, cybersecurity personnel, and Government stakeholders to synchronize delivery activities across Agile teams while maintaining visibility into overall program execution, operational milestones, MVP release timelines, and IOC delivery objectives.


This role is onsite in Colorado Springs, CO due to operational integration and classified mission requirements. Hybrid flexibility may be available over time based on mission requirements, program execution needs and achievement of objectives.


Responsibilities

  • Serve as the cross-functional Agile delivery and program integration coordination lead supporting operational mission execution across multiple technical teams and integrated workstreams.
  • Coordinate Agile execution activities across systems engineering, software development, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, operational integration, testing, and mission support teams.
  • Utilize Jira, Confluence, and enterprise Agile planning tools to manage:

            o Program execution tracking

            o Cross-team dependencies

            o Operational milestones

            o MVP release coordination

            o Integration timelines

            o IOC readiness activities

  • Configure and manage Jira portfolio planning, roadmap, and scheduling plugins supporting both Agile team execution and enterprise-level program management activities.
  • Develop and maintain integrated program execution roadmaps, delivery schedules, release coordination plans, operational milestone tracking, and dependency management artifacts.
  • Facilitate synchronization activities across technical teams, mission stakeholders, engineering organizations, and Government leadership.
  • Support Agile ceremonies, release planning activities, integration coordination meetings, operational readiness reviews, and delivery synchronization events.
  • Monitor execution risks, integration dependencies, delivery constraints, and operational impacts while supporting mitigation planning and corrective actions.
  • Support program leadership with delivery metrics, Jira dashboards, roadmap reporting, operational status tracking, and executive-level program visibility.
  • Collaborate with Technical Program Managers, Enterprise Architects, Chief Engineers, Technical Leads, cybersecurity teams, and operational mission stakeholders to support scalable operational capability delivery.
  • Support implementation and continuous improvement of Agile, Lean, DevSecOps, and delivery management practices supporting operational mission environments.
  • Coordinate configuration management and documentation alignment activities with Knowledge Management and Configuration Management personnel.
  • Support transition planning, operational release coordination, and capability deployment activities aligned to mission readiness objectives.
Requirements:
  • U.S. Citizen with active TS/SCI clearance.
  • Bachelor’s degree in related technical or business discipline (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience supporting Agile delivery coordination, technical program integration, release management, or operational program execution activities.
  • Strong experience using Jira and Confluence within complex technical, engineering, software development, or operational mission environments.
  • Experience configuring and managing Jira planning and roadmap plugins supporting:

           o Agile team execution

           o Dependency management

           o Program-level scheduling

           o Release coordination

           o Enterprise delivery visibility

  • Understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum, Kanban, Lean delivery practices, and DevSecOps operational models.
  • Familiarity with systems integration, software development, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, operational mission systems, or engineering delivery environments.
  • Experience supporting cross-functional technical teams operating within fast-paced operational programs.
  • Strong understanding of dependency management, release coordination, milestone tracking, operational delivery synchronization, and execution risk management.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, facilitation, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.
  • Proven ability to coordinate execution across multiple technical teams and operational workstreams within classified or mission-critical environments.

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience supporting operational Command and Control (C2), mission systems integration, or cloud-native operational environments.
  • Familiarity with Jira Advanced Roadmaps, Structure, BigPicture, Tempo, Jira Align, or equivalent enterprise Agile planning and portfolio management plugins.
  • Experience supporting Agile Release Train (ART), Release Train Engineer (RTE), delivery management, or scaled Agile coordination functions.
  • Familiarity with DevSecOps pipelines, CI/CD workflows, cloud-native delivery environments, and operational integration activities.
  • Experience supporting operational readiness reviews, MVP release coordination, IOC demonstrations, or mission rehearsal activities.
  • SAFe, Scrum Master, PMP, PMI-ACP, ICP-ACC, RTE, or equivalent Agile/program delivery certification preferred.
  • Experience supporting executive-level program reporting, operational dashboards, and integrated delivery metrics within Government or defense programs preferred.

$110,000–$145,000 salary + annual bonus eligibility + medical/dental/vision/STD/LTD/Life + 401(k) + PTO
