We're Hiring: Senior Direct Support Professional

Location: Mullica Hill, NJ
Employment Type: Onsite
Department: Adult Residential 

Shift: 2nd (Sunday 11a-11p, Monday and Tuesday 2p-11p, Wednesday 11a-7p = 40 hours Full Time)

The current hiring range for this position is: $19.61-$20.00 per hour. Plus additional incentives. 


About the Position:

Provides supervision, guidance, instruction, and/or skill building to assigned persons served within a specific Program site regarding daily living activities, safety, vocational activities, and interaction with others.

Provides supervision to direct care staff and is in charge of Program site activities in absence of Program Manager.


Education & Experience:

High School diploma or equivalent required with additional education in a related field desirable.  BA in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field preferred. Minimum of two years of related work experience, or a minimum of 6 months experience as a Program Associate in the Bancroft organization required.
