Job Title: Milwaukee Bucks Foundation Intern

Class: Internship

Duration: In Season 2026/2027 

Class: Part-Time, Non-Exempt

Reports to: Manager, Milwaukee Bucks Foundation

Summary:

The Milwaukee Bucks Foundation Intern will support the Executive Director of the Milwaukee Bucks Foundation and the Manager of the Milwaukee Bucks Foundation with executing the Milwaukee Bucks Foundations programs and evens and with special projects and daily office duties. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Coordinate game day logistics for Foundation fundraising programs and Foundation hospitality activities. 
  • Assist with executing the Scoreboard Message fundraising program. 
  • Support Manager of Foundation with planning marquee fundraising events. 
  • Draft, proofread, and send donor acknowledgement letters and tax receipts in a timely manner.
  • Prepare and distribute donor communications, including updates, event invitations, and impact reports.
  • Maintain and update the donor database, ensuring accuracy of contact information, gift records, and activity logs.
  • Assist with scheduling donor meetings, site visits, and stewardship touchpoints.
  • Coordinate mailing lists, event RSVPs, and guest tracking for Foundation events and activities.
  • Generate reports from the donor database to support fundraising tracking and leadership updates.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Executive Director and Foundation staff, including document preparation and file management.
  • Partner with the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) team to engage nonprofit partners in community programs, events, and recognition opportunities

Qualifications: 

  • Recently graduated or enrolled as a Junior or Senior in a college or university
  • Must be willing to work select nights and weekends
  • Outstanding organizational, interpersonal and teamwork skills
