Essential Functions:

As an Executive Assistant Intern, you will support management‑level activities within the Procurement and Supplier Management organization in North America. The role provides hands‑on experience in management support, reporting, and coordination in a professional, international environment.

  • Support the Executive Assistant and management team in coordinating day‑to‑day management activities and projects
  • Assist in preparing management presentations, reports, and meeting materials
  • Support the preparation and analysis of supplier performance and quality‑related KPI reports
  • Help organize and support department meetings, townhalls, and internal workshops
  • Assist with project coordination, including tracking tasks, consolidating inputs, and preparing summaries
  • Support the improvement of reporting formats, presentation quality, and coordination processes

Other regular daily tasks:

  • Support daily management coordination and administrative activities
  • Prepare, update, and format presentations, reports, and meeting documents
  • Collect, consolidate, and structure inputs from various stakeholders
  • Support KPI tracking and basic data updates in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Organize meetings, including agenda preparation and follow‑up actions
  • Maintain and update shared files, templates, and documentation
  • Support internal communication and coordination within the team
  • Assist with ad‑hoc tasks related to procurement and supplier management topics

Qualifications:

Education, Experience and Necessary Skills all must be met in order to qualify for position.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance/Controlling, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or in a related area, and/or the equivalent combination of education and experience.

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in University or in a gap year between Bachelor's and Master's degree
  • Studies outside of the U.S.A (we are not accepting applications from students who are currently studying in the U.S.A)
  • A minimum of 3 semesters of studies in relevant field of study
  • Available for a minimum of 6 months
