We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Management Analyst to join our dynamic team and support operations through comprehensive data analysis and strategic recommendations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, review, and analyze data related to government operations, including revenues, employment, and expenditures.
  • Define the nature and extent of organizational problems and develop actionable solutions.
  • Interview managers and employees to observe operations and gather relevant information.
  • Develop mathematical models to support analysis and decision-making processes.
  • Understand the organization's structure, internal culture, and its relationships within the government.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to government stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in data analysis, problem-solving, and developing strategic recommendations.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills for preparing reports and delivering presentations.
  • Ability to interview and observe organizational operations effectively.
  • Proficiency in mathematical modeling and relevant software tools.
  • Knowledge of government operations and organizational structures is a plus.
