Job description


The F-15 International sustainment portfolio within Tactical Aircraft Electronic Warfare Solutions (TACAIR) Product Line is seeking a passionate and experienced project finance analyst to support this exciting and challenging sustainment program. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate program financial analysis for all programs within the assigned program area. This includes external and internal reporting, proposal support, leading program Estimates at Complete (EACs), managing cash flow, supporting quarterly business reviews, and leading the Integrated Business Plan for assigned programs. This candidate will be a full business partner with the program teams, support the business area strategy and provide financial data and analysis for decision-making.
This role involves a combination of collaborative/in-person and independent work, therefore this individual will be working in a hybrid remote work format, with time split between working on-site at our offices in Nashua, NH and remotely on a weekly basis.

Required Skills and Education
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or related degree / and 4 years of work experience; alternatively, a master's degree and 2 years of work experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
  • Experience with Earned Value Management
  • Demonstrated problem solving and in-depth analytical skills
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate and present financial data to other functions in an accurate, concise, and understandable manner
