Other duties may be assigned:1. Troubleshoots and resolves operational/mechanical problems in a timely basis.2. Disassembles and assembles equipment associated with the bagging operation.3. Follows proper cleaning and sanitizing procedures.4. Operates lift truck. 5. Completes paperwork in an accurate and timely manner, including bag powder log and pallet markers.6. Continuously monitors for abnormalities or inconsistencies in the texture, color, odor of the product,7. Monitors for proper code and legibility of whey bags, abnormalities or inconsistencies in print quality or structure of the bags or totes.8. Ensures bags and totes are sealed to specifications.9. Ensures pallet labeling information is correct.10. Always maintains a clean and organized work area.11. Inform supervisor immediately of any problems regarding unmet specifications.**Days off are Wednesday/Thursday.  Weekend work is required** Requirements Qualifications: Previous food/dairy manufacturing experience preferred.
