Who You Are:

We're looking for a highly motivated and creative Influencer Marketing Intern to join our growing Talent & Influence team. In this role, you'll support day-to-day execution of our influencer campaigns; from sourcing top-tier talent to managing product fulfillment and helping us scale our ambassador program. You'll gain hands-on experience working with high-growth CPG brands, top-tier creators, and innovative influencer platforms.

What You're Good At:

  • Scout + communicate with content creators across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube that aligns with C4 Energy's brand voice, aesthetic, and performance values.

  • Place product orders for influencers through Shopify and help track delivery timelines to ensure timely unboxings and campaign activations.

  • Assist with packing and shipping creator PR boxes for Team C4 campaigns + product launches.

  • Assist in communication for preparing and submitting contract requests for influencer partnerships, including paid deals and affiliate activations.

  • Support the Talent & Influence team in managing our third-party influencer CRM and ambassador platform (GRIN).

  • Help audit influencer reporting tools (such as CreatorCore and Tribe) to ensure accurate content tracking, data logging, and campaign measurement.

  • Support influence team with collecting AD IDs for paid creators and confirming usage via contract terms.

What You Contribute:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, Business, or a related field.

  • Passion for influencer marketing, content creation, and social media trends.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Familiarity with platforms like TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and influencer marketing tools is a plus.

  • Bonus: Experience using Shopify, GRIN, or reporting tools like CreatorCore
