The Strategic Division (SD) supports high-reliability organizations including Navy Strategic Systems Programs (SSP), Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center, and the Department of Energy (DOE), among others. Our support across our client base is expanding rapidly and encompasses important services, such as data analytics and visualization, threat analysis, risk management, modeling and simulation, cost estimating, earned value management, program management, system engineering, independent evaluation, and High Consequence Event prevention. SPA's Strategic Division's Regional Strike System Group (RSSG) supports critical U.S.

government programs providing Systems Engineering, Systems Safety, Modelling, Master Scheduling, and Financial Analysis support. RSSG is hiring for a Scheduling and Acquisition Program Analyst to start immediately. At SPA, we strive to deliver a robust total compensation package that will attract and retain top talent.

Pay Transparency Salary range: $120,000 - $170,000 Responsibilities Support Navy Strategic Systems Programs in the efficient management and execution of program schedules and acquisition processes for the Nuclear-Armed Sea-Launched Cruise Missile (SLCM-N) Program. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in defense acquisition, program and project management, and scheduling within a DoD environment. Support the planning, development, maintenance, and updates to the comprehensive program schedule for the SLCM-N program.

Monitor, track, and integrate prime contractor and sub-system progress, identifying potential schedule risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies. Plan, coordinate and support acquisition activities, including DOD Adaptive Acquisition Framework milestones, naval gate reviews, program test events, and logistical assessments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and efficient execution of program objectives.

Support the preparation of program documentation, including briefings, reports, and presentations. Participate in program reviews, audits, and assessments, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Qualifications Required Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, political science, or a related field.

* Active DoD SECRET security clearance. * Ability to work at Maritime Plaza in Washington D.C. * Minimum of 7 years of experience in program analysis, acquisition, and scheduling within a DoD environment.

* In-depth knowledge of DoD acquisition processes, regulations, and best practices as well as p rogram scheduling experience using Microsoft Project, Oracle P6, Deltek Open Plan or other related scheduling tools. * Working knowledge of EVMS guidelines and processes. * Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience briefing senior/executive leadership in schedule development and schedule health.

Desired Qualifications: * Master's degree in business administration, project management, political science, or a related field. * Active DoD TOP SECRET security clearance. * Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, PMI-PS, DAWIA, CMMI).

* Firm understanding of Integrated Program Management Data Analysis Reports (IPMDAR). * Experience in Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) development and establishing Control Accounts (CAs). * Proven capability using Schedule Health Analysis tools and Schedule Risk Assessment tools.

* Experience with ACAT 1D programs and large-scale defense projects. * Familiarity with OSD A&S, ASN RD&A, OPNAV, or SECNAV. * Previous experience with Nuclear Weapons Programs and Operations.
