Job description

As an InHome Services Caregiver/Aide, each day offers the opportunity to bring comfort, dignity, and meaningful support to clients right where they feel safest at home. Your role is centered on creating connections and providing personalized care that makes daily life easier, safer, and more enjoyable for those you serve. 

Your day typically begins by reviewing your visit schedule and preparing for the unique needs of each client. No two days are exactly the same, but your focus is always on helping clients maintain independence and quality of life at home. Daily duties include but are not limited to, light housekeeping, assistance with grocery shopping, meal preparation, grooming assistance, medication reminders, and companionship. 

Day in the life of an In-Home Services Caregiver/Home Health Aide:    

  • Provide oneonone personal care tailored to each client’s needs, ensuring they feel respected, supported, and comfortable. 
  • Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility—helping clients feel their best and maintain dignity in their homes. 
  • Provide medication reminders and observe health changes under the guidance of healthcare professionals, offering peace of mind to clients and their families. 
  • Support transportation and mobility needs, which may include helping clients safely transfer, accompanying them to medical appointments, assisting with grocery shopping, or taking them to other important outings.

Every interaction—whether providing hands-on care, sharing conversation, or assisting with errands—helps clients stay connected to their routines, communities, and sense of independence. You become a trusted companion, an essential support system, and a source of reassurance for both clients and their loved ones.  

Current Openings: PRN (as needed) and Fulltime, serving clients 24/7 wherever they call home. 

  • PRN & FT: We expect you to pick up shifts every month (Minimum of 20 hours) unless you notify us about a temporary change in your availability.
