Job description

ADMINISTRATION - AIDE PART TIME
Columbia Association's School Age Services program operates before and after school care in 20 elementary schools in Howard County. We are seeking program aides.
Responsibilities include assisting the in implementing developmentally appropriate curriculum and weekly lesson plans meeting the emotional, physical, intellectual, and social needs of children. Other duties include assisting with cleaning and maintaining a healthy, safe environment, and promoting positive, open communication with families, children, and staff. Must be at least 16 years old.
The position is for the school year that begins in August 2026 thru June 2027
Open positions include morning shifts (6:45am - 9:15am) and afternoon shifts (3pm - 6pm) and will end the last day of school in June 2027
Positions are part-time that offers great benefits, including free CA membership, 401K contributions, and discounts on our CA programs and classes.
The pay range for this position is $16.00 to $21.90/per hour. The actual pay rate offered will depend on the overall qualifications of the individual applicant for the position and the amount budgeted for the role. CA offers a positive, fun work environment and a generous benefits package. Part-time benefits include a free Fit & Play membership, Wellness benefits w/Perks and some paid leave. Full-time benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), a free Fit & Play membership, Wellness benefits w/perks and paid leave.
