Three Rivers Midlands is seeking a dynamic & talented Dietary Aide PRN

Three Rivers Midlands is a comprehensive behavioral health facility treating children and adolescents through residential and Rehabilitative Behavioral Health Services (RBH). We treat males and females ages 11-18 for a wide spectrum of psychiatric issues, addictive behaviors, and chemical dependency related illnesses.

The Dietary Aide Key Responsibilities include:

The dietary personnel are responsible for all aspects of the dining facilities dining facilities operation and ensuring DHEC and dietary guidelines are being met. Which includes cooking, serving and preparing foods, washing dishes and pots and pans, cleaning the kitchen and the dining room as well as monitoring, inventorying and storing groceries.

Per Diem position.  Schedule is days, evenings, weekends and holidays.

  • ServSafe Certification preferred.
  • Minimum of two years’ experience in a high volume, food production setting, preferably in a hospital or institution setting.

  • Must possess knowledge of basic math, the ability to read, write and follow oral and written instructions

  • Ability to estimate food requirements;

  • Ability to disassemble, assemble, operate and clean equipment.

  • Ability to interact with all people.

  • Some risk involved in the event of aggressive/out-of-control residents.
