As an Activity Aide at Complete Care at Court House, you'll help create a vibrant, welcoming environment by planning and assisting with recreational activities that encourage socialization, creativity, and overall well-being. Every smile you inspire and every connection you help build contributes to making Complete Care at Court House feel like home for our residents.
Activity Aide Schedule & Benefits:
As an Activity Aide at Complete Care at Court House, you'll enjoy:
• Part-time, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday 9am-5pm schedule

Activity Aide Qualifications:
• High school diploma or GED required
• Previous experience as an Activity Aide or in a long-term care, healthcare, recreation, or customer service setting is preferred, but we are happy to train motivated candidates

Activity Aide Responsibilities:
• Assist the Director of Activities in coordinating and leading daily recreational, social, and therapeutic programs
• Encourage resident participation and provide one-on-one support during activities as needed
• Monitor resident engagement and communicate observations to the nursing team when appropriate
• Maintain accurate attendance records and activity documentation
• Help decorate Complete Care at Court House for holidays, seasonal events, and special celebrations
• Prepare activity materials and ensure activity spaces remain organized and inviting
• Support community events and special programs that enhance the resident experience
• Perform additional duties assigned by the Director of Activities or Administrator
