WIN Waste Innovations is looking for a Major Accounts Manager. This candidate must be willing to spend time in the field learning about our services on an operational level and will work to develop and obtain new businesses for our Company.

Responsibilities:

  • Develops new business to meet company growth goals in an assigned territory
  • Generates leads and develops new business opportunities through networking and cold calling
  • Participates in industry related conferences, exhibitions, associations, and functions
  • Initiates sales process by building relationships; qualifying potential; scheduling appointments
  • Develops sales by making initial presentation and introducing new services
  • Overcomes objections and finds solutions
  • Utilizes Salesforce software to report sales activity to management on a weekly basis
  • Complete all required sales reports in a thorough and timely fashion
  • Perform other job-related duties, as required
  • Maintain positive work environment by acting and communicating in a manner so that you get along with customers, clients, vendors, co-workers and management.

Experience, Education, Certification:

Required:

  • Required: Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 4+ years of progressive experience in new business development
  • Valid driver's license
