Resident Adjunct Professor of Psychology

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Resident Adjunct Professor of Psychology to join our faculty. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in psychology, demonstrated teaching expertise, and a commitment to integrating biblical principles within the academic environment.

Position Summary

The Resident Adjunct Professor of Psychology will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction in psychology courses, fostering a Christ-centered learning environment, and supporting the mission and doctrinal values of the college. This role requires a candidate who can effectively engage students, demonstrate subject matter expertise, and contribute to the academic community.

Qualifications
  • Master’s degree with at least 18 credit hours* in Psychology or a closely related field: *18 graduate hours in psychology taught through a behavioral science or psychology science department.*
  • Demonstrated subject matter expertise and effective teaching skills.
  • Commitment to the mission, values, and doctrinal statement of the college.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Prior college-level teaching experience preferred.
