What You'll Do

As an Automotive Sales Professional, you'll guide customers through every step of the vehicle purchasing process while delivering an exceptional buying experience.

Responsibilities include:

  • Build lasting customer relationships that generate repeat and referral business
  • Present and demonstrate Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram vehicles
  • Stay current on new models, features, and technology
  • Present financing, warranties, GAP, service contracts, and other finance and protection products
  • Assist customers with credit applications and complete sales documentation
  • Follow up with internet, phone, and showroom leads
  • Communicate professionally through phone, email, and text
  • Partner with our Business Development Center (BDC) to maximize appointments and sales
  • Meet and exceed individual sales and customer satisfaction goals
What We're Looking For
  • Previous automotive sales experience
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals
  • Strong closing and relationship-building skills
  • Experience presenting finance and protection products is preferred
  • Professional appearance and outstanding communication skills
