We are seeking a knowledgeable and results-driven Human Resources Consultant to provide strategic and operational HR support across multiple functional areas. The ideal candidate will partner with leadership to develop and implement HR initiatives that align with organizational goals while ensuring compliance with employment laws and best practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with leadership to provide strategic HR guidance and workforce planning.
  • Advise managers on employee relations matters, including performance management, conflict resolution, and corrective action.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Support talent acquisition efforts, including recruitment strategy, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Analyze HR metrics and provide recommendations to improve organizational effectiveness.
