Position Overview
The Content Videographer & Producer is responsible for bringing the by Landmark brand to life through compelling visual storytelling.
Working alongside our in-house marketing team, you'll help develop creative concepts, plan shoots, capture content, and edit high-quality videos across our portfolio of restaurants, hotels, event venues, and lifestyle brands.
This isn't simply a videographer role - you'll be helping shape the content strategy behind our brands through episodic storytelling, behind-the-scenes features, podcasts, interviews, property showcases, and social-first video content.
You'll split your time between our Home Base office in Plainfield, NJ and our growing collection of venues throughout New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
What You'll Do
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm, plan, and execute weekly content calendars and campaigns.
  • Develop, film, and edit engaging video content from concept through final delivery.
  • Produce episodic-style content that showcases our restaurants, hotels, venues, culinary team, leadership, events, and hospitality culture.
  • Film and edit podcasts, interviews, educational series, and branded storytelling content.
  • Capture both planned productions and spontaneous behind-the-scenes moments across our properties.
  • Create platform-specific content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and additional digital channels.
  • Work closely with leadership, chefs, operators, and the creative team to tell authentic brand stories.
  • Travel regularly to by Landmark properties throughout New Jersey and Pennsylvania for content production.
  • Maintain organized digital asset libraries, footage archives, and project files.
  • Manage and maintain company camera equipment, lighting, microphones, drones (if certified), and production gear.
  • Stay current on social media trends, emerging video styles, and evolving content formats.

What We're Looking For
  • 2+ years of professional videography and video editing experience.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing cinematic storytelling, editing, and creative production.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, Photoshop, or similar creative software.
  • Experience filming with professional mirrorless or cinema cameras.
  • Knowledge of lighting, audio capture, composition, and color correction.
  • Experience producing content specifically for social media platforms.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple productions simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Comfortable directing talent on camera and making people feel confident during filming.
  • Willingness to work on location and travel throughout New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
  • Bachelor's degree in Film, Communications, Media Production, or equivalent professional experience preferred.
