Job description


We are still looking for a good candidate for a day shift laser operator. It's for a trumpf fiber laser. shifts are 6am to 2:30pm, though we often run day shift till 3:30pm with occasional Saturday half shifts.


Any candidate needs to be able to lift 50lbs, be okay with a non climate controlled environment and a fast paced work environment. experience preferred, but will to train the right person. Candidates without experience should at least be able to read a tape measure and be able to do basic math and fraction to decimal conversions.


For a laser operator with 3-5 years experience we would start him out at $22 an hour, if they have no experience we would bring them on as a helper/trainee and would start them out at $17.  After 90 days (depending on their performance), we have the option to give a pay increase and then again after completion of their first year (again depending on their performance).
