Position Overview

As a Tax Preparer with Tee’s Tax Services and More, you will work directly with clients to prepare accurate federal and state income tax returns while providing professional and friendly customer service.

We want individuals who are self-motivated, comfortable communicating with clients, willing to market themselves, and committed to providing quality service while following IRS requirements and company procedures.

• Preparers who already have an established client base

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate individual federal and state tax returns
• Collect and review client tax documents
• Conduct client consultations and complete proper due diligence
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation
• Protect confidential taxpayer information
• Communicate professionally with clients throughout the filing process
• Follow IRS requirements and company policies
• Stay informed on tax law updates
• Build and maintain your client base
• Market and promote your tax preparation services
• Participate in required training, meetings, and team development
• Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after tax season
