Job description

Software Engineer (Ruby on Rails)

A founding-stage, venture-backed Enterprise AI company building the high-growth integration layer for the modern business and dedicated to solving complex challenges impacting global operations is looking for a RoR Developer for their engineering team.

Location: 100% Remote

Salary: Up to 150K DOE!

In this role you will:

  • Write high-quality, production-ready code in Ruby on Rails to handle demanding enterprise workloads and secure customer data.
  • Participate in roadmap and architecture discussions, shaping the client's core AI product as it solves complex integration and automation problems.
  • Provide technical expertise and support for complex customer implementations across the industry’s largest ERP and HR systems (e.g., NetSuite, Sage, SAP, UKG, Emburse).
  • Own feature development from concept to deployment—designing, building, testing, and shipping new functionality.

Qualifications:

  • 2–5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Ruby on Rails.
  • Experience building solutions with various API types (REST, SOAP, JSON-RPC) and flat file formats (CSVs).
  • Major Pluses: Experience with enterprise SaaS or B2B integrations, and/or familiarity with building Agentic AI systems.
