This role delivers complex software solutions, contributes to architecture and design decisions, mentors other developers, and ensures high standards of quality, security, and maintainability.The Senior Software Developer is expected to effectively leverage AI-assisted and agentic software development tools to improve delivery speed and productivity while maintaining full responsibility for technical decisions, code quality, testing, and production readiness.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experienceFive (5) or more years of professional software development experienceStrong experience developing applications using C#, .NET, and ReactProficiency with Git and collaborative development workflowsSolid understanding of object-oriented programming principles and software design patternsExperience working in Agile software development environmentsExperience contributing to CI/CD pipelines and automated software delivery processesDUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain software applications and servicesOwn the technical implementation of features
