Job description

Compensation

  • Average BI - Weekly Gross Pay: $2,500 - $2,900
  • Bonus Opportunities: $100 - $350+ per month Pallet return incentivesPerformance-based opportunities
  • Per Diem Daily Per Diem for Overnight stays

Route & Equipment Details

  • Dedicated Sunday-Wednesday route
  • Regional deliveries with 3-4 overnight stays per week
  • Operate: Sleeper cab Class A tractor-trailer (liftgate-equipped)

Key Responsibilities

  • Safely operate company equipment in compliance with DOT/FMCSA regulations
  • Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections using ELD/inspection systems
  • Load, unload, and properly secure freight using liftgate and pallet jack
  • Complete deliveries on time while maintaining accuracy and professionalism
  • Communicate with warehouse staff and management to ensure efficient operations
  • Provide excellent customer service at delivery locations
  • Pick up returns, damaged goods, and pallets

Driver Qualifications

  • Valid Class A CDL
  • Minimum 3 year of verifiable CDL driving experience
  • Experience operating sleeper cab tractor-trailers
  • Experience with liftgate deliveries and freight handling
  • Ability to safely load, unload, and secure cargo
  • Clean driving record with no major violations
  • Strong understanding of DOT/FMCSA regulations and safety practices
  • Ability to complete required inspections and maintain accurate logs
  • Comfortable with regional routes and overnight stays (2-3 nights per week)
  • Dependable, punctual, and safety-oriented
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to meet physical demands of delivery work
