This role is responsible for overseeing the long-term scheduling and execution of service workloads, managing large, quoted work and service projects with unique scopes, and ensuring successful contract performance within an office and/or area. This role involves proactive risk management of managed portfolio, monthly revenue forecasting, driving local contract compliance and coordination of large quoted projects. This role reports to the Service Operations Manager but requires close collaboration with Area Service Leaders and local Area Service Managers to ensure positive customer satisfaction and successful business results.

What you will do:

  • Responsible for timely completion of assigned projects, financial performance, and the highest level of customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement strategic long-term scheduling based on the entire service workload to optimize resource allocation and project timelines.
  • Plan and analyze assigned projects, establish schedules, project parameters, and set procedures to accomplish Service Agreement (SA) work, involving complex service applications ensuring alignment with organizational goals and standards.
  • Partner to review estimates and proposals. Entering projects, ordering parts, tracking parts, scheduling labor internally and with customers, reviewing completion of projects and billing coordination.
  • Anticipate and set monthly revenue forecasts, providing accurate and timely projections to support financial planning.
  • Support Regional Coordinators (RCs) in identifying the proper skillsets required for completing jobs effectively.
  • Assist Account Managers and Team Leads with site surveys to ensure accurate project planning and execution.
  • Communicates with customers and their representatives, including building owners, mechanical contractors, other trades, subcontractors, and field support staff.
  • Maintains customer satisfaction by investigating concerns, implementing corrective action, and communicating with customers and assigned staff.
  • Drive contract performance by proactively identifying scope, scheduling, and material issues that can enhance margin expansion and overall profitability.
  • Ensure that all assigned staff and subcontractors are working in a safe manner per Trane and OSHA policies.

What you will bring:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum two (2) years' experience in project management, HVAC or related preferred.
  • Experienced and knowledgeable in contracting processes and estimatingassociated with the installation of HVAC systems and managing subcontractors preferred.
  • Computer skills are essential.
  • Highly organized and stronglycustomer service oriented.

Annual Base Salary Range or Hourly Base Pay Range:

$84,740.00 - $118,860.00
