Job Title:

Licensed Mental Health Professional

Salary Range:

$80K (Salary)/ Starting at $40/Hour (Per Diem)

Benefits:

  • Passed Probation Period

  • W2 Employee

  • Full-Time Employee (Min. of 30 Hours Per Week)

Clinical Director

Supervises (If Applicable):

Mental Health Workers (MHW)

 

Summary

Thrive Therapy is looking for a dedicated Licensed Mental Health Professional to join our team. The candidate must be able to work on-site and complete supervisor and clinical service hours as needed. This position is on a per-diem basis to start and will turn into a full-time, salaried position based on the program growth.

 

Major Job Duties

  • Assess clients and develop comprehensive psychosocial assessments and treatment plans.

  • Providing individual, caregiver and group therapy sessions.

  • Provide supervision to assigned Mental Health Workers (MHW).

  • Collaborate with healthcare providers, educators, and other professionals.

  • Maintain accurate and detailed client records.

  • Participate in continuing education and professional development.

  • All other duties as assigned

 

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling or Psychology or related field.

  • Licensed to practice within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

  • At least two years of experience providing mental health treatment.

  • A background check in accordance with state and federal regulations; State Criminal Clearance, Child Abuse Clearance and FBI Clearance.

  • NPI Query and current driver’s license.

  • Participation in and completion of all CBH mandatory in-services.

  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.

  • Computer proficiency and the ability to provide telehealth
