Ransom Everglades School seeks outstanding candidates for the position of Freshman/Novice Rowing Coach. This is a part-time, seasonal coaching opportunity for individuals who are passionate about teaching, mentoring, and developing young student-athletes.
Working within one of the nation's premier scholastic rowing programs, novice coaches play a vital role in introducing students to the sport while cultivating technical excellence, confidence, teamwork, and a lifelong appreciation for rowing. Coaches are expected to uphold the highest standards of sportsmanship, professionalism, and student-centered coaching that reflect the mission and values of Ransom Everglades.
Essential ResponsibilitiesThe Ransom Everglades Rowing Program is committed to developing student-athletes of character who pursue excellence both on and off the water. Coaches are expected to embrace a teaching-first philosophy while helping build an environment where every athlete is challenged, supported, and inspired to reach their full potential.
