What You'll Be Doing:As a Project Manager, you will lead IT projects within our Professional Services portfolio. You'll ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining exceptional client satisfaction. This role requires strong communication, accountability, and ownership, with a focus on risk management and customer service.

What You'll Be Working On:

  • Manage end-to-end delivery of infrastructure projects and IT services.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Provide executive-level updates.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
  • Ensure compliance with PMO standards and governance.
  • Manage project financials, including margin protection and change control.
  • Deliver accurate status reports and dashboards.
  • Average 12-16 projects at a time, ranging from 100-300+ hours.

What We're Looking For:

  • 3-7 years of experience managing infrastructure projects and IT services.
  • PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred but not required; Agile or PgMP is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to lead.
  • Proven accountability and ownership mindset.
  • Excellent risk management and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency with PSA tools (e.g., ConnectWise).
  • After-hours availability as needed.
