• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to determine clients’ mental health needs and tailor appropriate treatment plans.
• Engage in regular consultations with clients, encouraging open communication to explore their challenges and identify resources for support.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities, adapting treatment plans as necessary to meet individual client needs.
• Utilize talk therapy techniques to address clients’ concerns while promoting adaptive behaviors and coping strategies.
• Encourage self-reflection among clients, helping them to develop healthy relationships and constructively address emotional issues.
• Regularly review and monitor client adherence to treatment recommendations, adjusting strategies based on progress and feedback.
• Provide guidance on financial and emotional commitments related to therapy to help clients make informed decisions regarding their care.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, you will work with a varied patient population including individuals facing anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, trauma, and other mental health challenges. Your commitment to culturally competent care will ensure that every client feels understood and valued, with consideration given to their unique backgrounds and circumstances. This role requires a compassionate and empathic approach to counseling that fosters a safe space for healing.

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.
• Current state licensure to practice as a Licensed Professional Counselor in Tennessee.
• Demonstrated experience as a counselor with a track record of effective patient outcomes.
• Exceptional verbal communication skills to effectively engage with clients and collaborate with colleagues.
• Experience and/or knowledge in providing culturally congruent treatment and addressing the needs of diverse populations.
• Strong community orientation and the ability to foster relationships within the local community.
• Empathetic, sensitive, and passionate about mental health and client healing.

• Proficiency in multiple languages is highly desirable, broadening the ability to connect with clients from various backgrounds.
• Experience using electronic health records (EHR) systems to manage client information and documentation efficiently.
• Background in community psychology or experience working within community health organizations.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Successful candidates may also be eligible for a sign-on bonus.
