You will engage in teletherapy sessions, making effective use of technology to provide continuous support. • Conduct comprehensive and continuous assessments to tailor therapeutic interventions to the unique needs of each client.
• Maintain open lines of communication with supervisors, healthcare team members, family members, and other stakeholders regarding client progress and care plans.
• Develop and manage a tentative schedule for appointments, including home visits and client follow-ups to monitor stability and progress in their therapies.
• Coordinate in-home visits that include interactions, chart reviews, and data analysis to ensure the most effective therapeutic strategies are implemented.
• Ensure that treatment plans are executed effectively, making any necessary adjustments based on client progress and team feedback.
• Actively participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care and receive guidance on program initiatives.
• Prepare detailed monthly and quarterly progress notes to track outcomes and inform stakeholders of advancements.
• Organize training sessions aimed at equipping staff and team members with the skills needed to implement various treatment techniques and documentation standards.
• Conduct follow-up interviews, home visits, and observational assessments to provide comprehensive support for clients’ needs.
• Maintain organized and accurate records to ensure that therapeutic information is accessible to authorized personnel.
• Serve as a liaison to the public and the mental health community, aiding in collaboration and development goals.
• Work collaboratively to create and refine training materials that enhance program effectiveness for client engagement.

You will provide exceptional counseling services to a diverse client population, including both youth and adults. Your role will involve working with individuals facing a variety of challenges such as family issues, substance misuse, trauma, and mental health disorders, where compassion and ethical practice will be paramount.

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• An active and unrestricted licensure as a Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Maryland.
• At least 2 years of experience in a counseling role, preferably within a clinical setting.

• Specialization or experience in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance misuse treatment is highly preferred.
• A solid understanding of legal and ethical standards in mental health practices.
• Strong interpersonal skills that enable you to build rapport with diverse clients.
• Proven ability to function cooperatively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
• Proficient in electronic medical record (EMR) systems and related technologies necessary for patient documentation.
