Crossbend Behavioral Center PC is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our team. This full-time position offers the flexibility of remote work while providing essential outpatient counseling services. As an LPC, you will play a critical role in guiding patients through their emotional and psychological challenges, ensuring that they receive the highest quality of care in line with established guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough patient intakes and assessments, focusing on diagnostic and functional evaluations to guide treatment goals.

  • Develop and implement personalized relapse prevention plans for patients, contributing to their long-term stability and wellness.
  • Coordinate health services delivery, ensuring seamless communication between various treatment providers with patient consent.
  • Document patient progress meticulously, maintaining accurate records in compliance with agency standards.
  • Engage in regular consultations with clinic management regarding behavioral health services and patient program evaluations.
  • Assist patients in understanding and managing medical treatments as prescribed, including strategies for coping with medication side effects.
  • Uphold the Code of Ethical Conduct for Clinical Professionals, maintaining the highest standards of care and confidentiality in all interactions.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s Degree in Clinical Counseling or a related field is required.
  • Current active LPC license in Texas.

  • Familiarity with DSM-IV diagnostic criteria and varied treatment methodologies.
  • Ability to evaluate individual patient needs and contribute to coordinated treatment plans.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive annual salary within the range of USD 87,000 to 105,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
