As a Quality Control Inspector, youโ€™ll be the frontline defender of our client's product integrityโ€”inspecting raw materials, in-process components, and finished goods to ensure they meet strict safety, quality, and regulatory standards. With the authority to halt operations if nonconforming materials are found, your attention to detail wonโ€™t just be appreciatedโ€”itโ€™ll be essential!


Key Responsibilities for the Quality Control Inspector

  • Review work orders and instructions (both written and verbal).

  • Perform detailed inspections of materials and finished goods.

  • Identify and document defective or nonconforming materials.

  • Verify incoming components and ensure accurate inventory records.

  • Maintain cleanliness and proper functioning of all assigned areas and inspection tools.

  • Utilize precision measuring instruments such as calipers and other inspection tools, as needed.


Physical Demands:
  • Frequent use of hands and arms to handle, feel, or reach.

  • Must regularly lift/move items weighing 10โ€“50 lbs

  • Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, crouching, and crawling.

  • Occasional sitting, climbing, or balancing.

  • Visual acuity is required for close, distance, color, peripheral, and depth vision, as well as the ability to adjust focus.


Requirements:
  • Ability to read, interpret, and understand job orders and material specifications.
