The IT Senior Developer Analyst โ€“ PLM serves as a strategic partner to business teams, driving analysis, solution delivery, and sustained operational excellence. You will support global rollouts, continuous enhancements, and long-term lifecycle management of ERP/PLM platformsโ€”leading cross-functional initiatives and serving as a subjectmatter expert across systems and processes.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead multidepartment efforts to assess system challenges, opportunities, and crossfunctional impact.
  • Conduct advanced business analysis, including requirements gathering, process evaluation, and complex problem resolution.
  • Serve as the escalation point for highpriority, businesscritical issues
  • Coordinate and deliver ERP/PLM training with business process owners.
