We are looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst / Power BI Developer to join our Puerto Rico team, where you’ll play a critical role in developing and sustaining enterprise reporting solutions using Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, SQL, and modern data engineering practices for our fast‑paced environment—modernizing tools, challenging the status quo, and thriving in a rapidly evolving, innovation‑driven setting.

This is an exciting opportunity for professionals with a software or developer background who enjoy transforming data into actionable insights, building scalable visualizations, and collaborating across technical and business teams.

This position will sit at our Aguadilla, PR location. You must be residing in Puerto Rico at the time of starting employment. Relocation is not offered.

This role is categorized as hybrid, with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote following the schedule assigned by the Manager.

What YOU will do:

  • Develop and enhance Power BI dashboards that support enterprise reporting initiatives across Global Engineering and Technology Center.
  • Build optimized data models, queries, and ETL pipelines using SQL, DAX, Power Query (M), and Microsoft Fabric.
  • Support ongoing dashboard sustainment, including bug fixes, performance optimization, data validation, issue resolution, and user support.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional and cross‑regional teams to integrate new features, automate workflows, and improve existing reporting structures.
  • Document dashboard logic, participate in code reviews, support testing activities, and ensure alignment with data governance and quality standards.
  • Engage with technical and business partners to deliver high‑quality analytics solutions that enable digital transformation and operational insights.
  • Support team development by participating in knowledge transfer, mentoring junior developers, and helping implement scalable development practices.
  • Tools You’ll Work With: Power BI (Reports, Data Models, Dataflows), SQL Server, Cloud Data Sources, Azure‑based data services and Microsoft Office Suite

  • Proficiency in SQL and data query optimization, with hands‑on experience building and maintaining ETL workflow
  • Demonstrated professional experience communicating in English (verbal and written).

Qualifications We Prefer:

  • Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or Software Engineering
