Fort Wayne Community Schools is seeking a Senior Programmer Analyst to lead and participate in programming development and analysis of computer systems and software. The role involves overseeing programming projects, resolving data problems, and enhancing system performance.

• Design install upgrade and configure software to enhance and assure smooth running of assigned computer systems.
• Review analyze and modify existing systems and software programs as Prioritize and respond to requests concerning existing computer systems and programs.
• Analyze computer system performance and utilization.
• Modify software programs and systems to enhance operations.
• Oversee and participate in a variety of projects to meet to District needs resolve data problems and provide for system Report progress of assigned projects to appropriate supervisor.
• Review application system requirements and design system and software specifications.
• Train and provide work direction and guidance to assigned Assign employee duties and review work for accuracy completeness and compliance with established standards requirements and procedures.
