Job Title: System and Program Analyst - III
Location: Alpharetta, GA (Hybrid)
Job Summary
We are looking for a Systems Analyst with expertise in UiPath, Agentic AI, and Full-Stack Development to design and deliver scalable enterprise automation solutions. The ideal candidate will drive intelligent automation initiatives by integrating AI agents, RPA technologies, and modern application development frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade RPA and Agentic AI solutions.
  • Lead end-to-end automation projects from requirements through deployment.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and implement automation opportunities.
  • Build reusable frameworks and scalable multi-bot architectures.
  • Champion automation and AI-driven process optimization across the organization

Required Qualifications
  • 6-10+ years of experience in automation and software development.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with UiPath.
  • UiPath Certifications:
    • UiPath Certified Advanced RPA Developer
    • UiPath Certified Professional Specialized AI Associate
  • Experience with Agentic AI frameworks and autonomous AI agents.
  • Strong knowledge of OCR, Web/Windows Automation, Email Automation, REST APIs, XML, and Mainframe Automation.
  • Full-stack development experience with ASP.NET, C#, .NET Core 8, MVC, JavaScript, Python, and jQuery.
  • Strong Oracle SQL expertise (Oracle 19c+ preferred).
  • Experience designing scalable, reusable multi-bot automation solutions.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Preferred Skills
  • Microsoft Copilot experience.
  • IIS Administration.
