Job description

A Dancer in the Tournament of Kings dinner show at the Excalibur Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas is a theatrical performer responsible for executing choreographed routines in a high-energy, medieval-themed environment. The role involves dancing on dirt, collaborating with other performers, and engaging with a live audience.

The role requires hands-on experience of entertaining and acting in front of a large audience. The Performer contributes to the overall show quality by consistently maintaining a standard of excellence in performing choreography.

Role Gender: Female

Age Portrayed: 20 to 30 years old. Please include a headshot with your resume.

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Performance: Executing choreographed routines (such as in the Alta Escuela act) in a, often, 4-minute, high-energy performance.
  • Versatility: Performing in a "sandbox" or dirt-filled arena, requiring specialized training for non-flat surfaces.
  • Audience Engagement: Interacting with guests to create a lively atmosphere, encouraging cheering for specific "countries," and participating in musical numbers.
  • Collaboration: Working alongside horses, stunt riders, and other performers to ensure safe and synchronized routines.
