Team members work on a variety of projects, from interior refreshes to exterior restorations, often in changing seasonal conditions. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Painter role based in Truckee, CA. The Painter will prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, patching, masking, and priming interior and exterior areas. Daily tasks include mixing and matching paint, applying paint or stain with brushes, rollers, and sprayers, and ensuring even coverage and clean lines. The role involves setting up and breaking down work areas, maintaining tools and equipment, following safety procedures, and keeping job sites tidy. The Painter will interact with clients and team members, follow project plans and schedules, and assist with touch-ups and final walkthroughs to meet quality standards.
Qualifications
  • Experience with surface preparation, priming, and application of paint or stain on interior and exterior surfaces.
