YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS OUR HVAC INSTALLATION ASSISTANT

This is a full-time position with shifts between 7 am–5 pm Monday through Friday within business hours, with weekend work, on-call rotations, and overtime opportunities available.


As our HVAC Installation Assistant, you'll prepare tools and materials for job sites and assist skilled technicians with installing furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductwork. Your tasks will include measuring, cutting, and assembling components, connecting systems, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. You'll support everything from removing old equipment to final system testing, helping deliver quality results while gaining valuable experience.


Here's what we need from you:

  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Ability to lift and carry 50–100 lbs
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand and power tools
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
  • Ability to work in confined spaces, attics, crawl spaces, and varying weather conditions
  • Teamwork and communication skills
