What You’ll Do
• Lead and manage the HVAC department to ensure high-quality service and operational efficiency
• Coach, train, and motivate HVAC technicians to exceed customer expectations
• Drive sales of HVAC products and services through in-home consultations
• Perform load calculations and recommend appropriate equipment solutions
• Oversee scheduling, inventory, and departmental operations

What We’re Looking For
• Minimum 5 years of HVAC experience, including service, sales, or management (leadership experience required)

• Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-driven mindset
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Must pass background check and drug screening
