We don’t just install systems. We build trust — by showing up, doing excellent work, and treating people right.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolve any issues or complaints related to the installation process and escalate issues to management when needed.
3. Crew Leadership and Development

  • Lead and supervise your team of HVAC installers, providing guidance, training, and support during installations.
  • Provide on-the-job training for junior installers and apprentices, offering constructive feedback and encouraging skill development.
  • Ensure the team follows all safety protocols, practices, and procedures.
4. Project Management and Coordination

  • Coordinate with project managers and other teams to ensure the smooth and efficient delivery of HVAC projects.
  • Maintain accurate records of job progress, materials used, and time spent on the job.

  • Report any safety hazards or unsafe practices to the appropriate authority.
  • Ensure that all installations are performed in compliance with HVAC codes, safety standards, and company policies.
6. Equipment and Vehicle Management

  • Maintain and organize installation tools, equipment, and vehicles, ensuring they are in good working order and ready for use.
  • Ensure company vehicles are well-maintained, clean, and stocked with necessary equipment and materials.
  • Report any equipment malfunctions or inventory shortages to management promptly.
Required Qualifications:

  • Experience Preferred: 5 years of experience in HVAC installation, including expertise in residential and commercial systems.
  • Certifications: Valid HVAC certification, EPA 608 certification, and any state or local licenses required.
  • Leadership: Proven experience in leading and mentoring a team of installers, with the ability to motivate and guide less experienced technicians.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals for system installations. Strong knowledge of HVAC system components and installation techniques.
