Job description

Twin Pillars Heating and Cooling is seeking a skilled Commercial HVAC Service Technician with strong diagnostic skills and 1-2 years of experience. Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Assist in servicing and repairing various commercial HVAC systems, including RTUs, MUAs, and Split Systems, under senior technician supervision.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service while building lasting, positive relationships with our valued clients.
  • Perform thorough and proactive routine maintenance to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Learn and adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
  • Communicate effectively with senior HVAC technicians, coworkers, and clients.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of experience in HVAC required.
  • Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Certification preferred or ability to obtain.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Must be able to work in confined spaces and lift heavy equipment.
  • A basic understanding of mechanical principles and tool use is required.
  • Must work in various environments, including standing, walking, and at heights.

Pay and Benefits:

Working Conditions & Schedule:

  • Approximate working hours: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday-Friday.
  • Experience the stability of year-round work with our reliable team.
  • Participate in an on-call dispatch system, which may include some weekends and nights.
  • Work may be performed indoors or outdoors, depending on the location of the HVAC system.
  • Work may be performed in cramped or awkward positions, requiring physical stamina and endurance.
  • Exposure to extreme temperatures and hazardous materials may be possible.
