What We Need:

Davis Heating, Cooling and Electrical is seeking a HVAC Service Technician to join our team and provide exceptional service by diagnosing and repairing HVAC issues in customers' homes. Since 1979, we've been known for providing top-quality residential HVAC solutions throughout Lynchburg and its surrounding areas. The ideal candidate brings extensive HVAC expertise and a commitment to outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ventilation units
  • Perform routine maintenance and system inspections
  • Communicate effectively with customers regarding service issues and solutions
  • Document work performed, including parts used and services completed
  • Ensure compliance with all safety standards and regulations
  • Participate in on-call rotation as needed
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a HVAC Service Technician
  • Proven expertise in diagnosing and repairing HVAC issues in residential settings
  • Dedication to providing homeowners with exceptional satisfaction
  • Detail-oriented with strong multitasking skills
  • Effective communication skills and comfort interacting with customers
  • Confident and decisive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
  • Valid Driver's License (Company policy requires all drivers to be at least 21 years old.)
