Unlike traditional circuit racing, off road races can include natural obstacles like hills, rocks, and water crossings, making them both challenging and thrilling. Competitors often race in events such as the Baja 1000, Dakar Rally, or stadium off road series. The sport requires a combination of driving skill, endurance, navigation, and vehicle durability. Many professional off road racers are sponsored by automotive companies and compete internationally.
