Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Home Health position in Rhinelander, WI, requiring HCHB and OASIS experience with a Mondayโ€“Friday day schedule and no call or weekend requirements.

Details
  • Home health setting serving the Rhinelander, WI territory
  • Day shift schedule, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM โ€“ 5:00 PM (5x8-hour shifts)
  • No on-call, no weekend, and no overtime requirements
  • Uses HomeCare HomeBase (HCHB) EMR โ€” experience required
  • OASIS documentation required
Requirements
  • Active WI RN license or compact RN license currently in hand
  • Minimum 12 months of home health nursing experience within the past 3 years
  • HCHB (HomeCare HomeBase) experience required
  • OASIS competency required
  • 2 professional references from a supervisor within the past 2 years
  • Full 7-year work history with all gaps explained
Additional Information
  • All time off and scheduling requests must be submitted at the time of initial consideration
