The Little Fuse Mental and Counseling Center is actively seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) to join our remote team in Reno, Nevada. As a full-time LCPC, you will play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive mental health care and support to a diverse client population through telehealth services. This position offers a fully remote work setting, allowing for flexibility and work-life balance while delivering high-quality care. While our main hours are Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, you may occasionally work evenings or weekends to accommodate our clients’ schedules and ensure continuity of care.

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments to identify clients' mental health needs and create evidence-based treatment plans tailored to their goals.
• Providing individual, couples, and group counseling sessions utilizing a range of therapeutic interventions including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and trauma-informed care.
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary treatment teams to ensure comprehensive care that meets the diverse needs of clients, sharing insights and progress during case conferences.
• Maintaining meticulous and confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring accurate documentation throughout the treatment process.
• Participating in regular clinical supervision and professional development workshops to stay current with best practices and enhance therapeutic skills.

As a member of our dedicated team, you will work with a broad array of clients, including those experiencing anxiety, depression, PTSD, mood disorders, addiction, and other mental health challenges. • A valid license as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Nevada.
• A Master's degree in clinical mental health counseling or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
• Demonstrable experience conducting both individual and group therapy in a mental health context.
• Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic techniques and a commitment to utilizing best practices in client care.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust with clients from a wide range of experiences and backgrounds.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with a commitment to maintaining client confidentiality.
• Adherence to ethical principles and a passion for promoting mental health and well-being in the community.

While not mandatory, candidates with specialized training in modalities such as EMDR, DBT, or family therapy will find their skills particularly valuable in our collaborative practice environment. Experience with virtual counseling platforms and telehealth methodologies is also a plus, as we prioritize seamless and effective virtual interactions with our clients.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, complemented by a range of comprehensive benefits. These benefits include:
