The Little Fuse Mental and Counseling Center is actively seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) to join our remote team in Reno, Nevada. As a full-time LCPC, you will play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive mental health care and support to a diverse client population through telehealth services. Your insights and therapeutic interventions will be vital in enhancing our clients' mental well-being and achieving their personal goals.

Work Environment

This position offers a fully remote work setting, allowing for flexibility and work-life balance while delivering high-quality care. While our main hours are Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, you may occasionally work evenings or weekends to accommodate our clients’ schedules and ensure continuity of care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conducting thorough clinical assessments to identify clients' mental health needs and create evidence-based treatment plans tailored to their goals.
  • Providing individual, couples, and group counseling sessions utilizing a range of therapeutic interventions including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and trauma-informed care.
  • Collaborating with interdisciplinary treatment teams to ensure comprehensive care that meets the diverse needs of clients, sharing insights and progress during case conferences.
  • Maintaining meticulous and confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring accurate documentation throughout the treatment process.
  • Participating in regular clinical supervision and professional development workshops to stay current with best practices and enhance therapeutic skills.
