What is this position and what makes you a good fit? ย Cetera Financial Group is currently seeking a Service Professional - IRA for our company's office located in St. Cloud, MN. This is a unique opportunity to join our team to provide customer service to our clients.

What you will do:ย As aย Operations Professional IRAย at Cetera Financial Institutions, you will be responsible for creating Raving fans by delivering excellent service to our clients.ย  The goal is to build and maintain client loyalty as well as to create the world's most referable platform.ย ย 

  • Complete training on the rules and regulations on Individual Retirement Plans (IRA).
  • Provide support to our clients related Individual Retirement Plans.ย 
  • Handle complex and escalated issues from representatives and customers.
  • Provide support to our clients with the navigation and use of various systems associated with the Broker/Dealer
  • Work independently within the team to assist callers without requiring outside assistance.
  • Participate in special projects as assigned.
  • Provide training support on department process and system navigation.

What you need to have:

  • 1+ year of previous customer service related work
  • 1+ years of proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
  • Must have a High School diploma or GED

Compensation:

The salary range for this role is $22.00 - $24.05 plus a competitive performance-based bonus. Compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to a skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and specific office location. Compensation ranges may differ in differing locations due to the cost of labor considerations.
