Key Responsibilities

Design & Innovation:

  • Develop and refine creative landscape designs that meet client visions and project specifications.

  • Utilize industry-standard software (AutoCAD, Lumion, SketchUp) to produce detailed plans and compelling renderings.

  • Present design concepts confidently to clients, adapting proposals based on emerging trends and materials.

Sales & Client Engagement:

  • Drive new business development while nurturing existing client relationships to generate repeat opportunities and referrals.

  • Create tailored proposals and pricing strategies that align with project scopes and client budgets.

  • Collaborate with marketing initiatives to boost brand visibility and lead generation.

Project Operations:

  • Oversee project execution to ensure alignment with design specifications, timelines, and budgets.

  • Manage production teams, emphasizing efficiency, safety, and high-quality outcomes.

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong organizational and project management practices.

Qualifications & Competencies

  • A minimum of 10 years experience in residential design/build environments.

  • Bachelorโ€™s or Masterโ€™s degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited institution (preferred).

  • Demonstrated success in high-end residential landscaping design and sales.

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Lumion, SketchUp, or Revit is preferred, with flexibility and adaptability to work within the teamโ€™s preferred tools.

  • A strong portfolio showcasing sophisticated landscape and hardscape projects.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to articulate creative concepts to clients and team members.
